The Caregiver Employee (Caregiver) Health RN Services Manager oversees the nursing team in the CHS Call Center, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.

• Provides leadership, supervision, and training to manage infectious disease exposures, triage, and safe return-to-work protocols.
• Collaborates with leadership, medical directors, infection prevention, and health authorities.
• Develops and implements programs, policies, and procedures system-wide and locally.
• Audits quality and consistency, addresses concerns promptly, and promotes safety for caregivers, patients, and communities.
• Primary site is at a medical center with routine visits to other facilities.
  
  

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, Oregon RN license, 6+ years of relevant experience, and 4+ years of leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include Nurse Occupational Health and CAP Green Belt.
