The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality care aligned with organizational standards.

• Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license (NM or Compact state).
• BLS certification needed within 2 weeks of hire; other certifications within 6 months.
• Must possess current clinical skills relevant to the patient population, communicate effectively, and respect patient rights.
• Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
• Works in a clean, ventilated environment, exposed to infectious risks, with flexible hours, including emergencies.
• Physically capable of handling emergencies, standing, walking, repositioning patients, and performing fine motor tasks.
