4D is a 28-bed intermediate ICU providing high acuity care for post-operative cardiothoracic, vascular, and medical overflow patients, with therapies like chest tubes, lytic therapy, vasopressors, Bipap, insulin drips, and precedex. It offers cross-training opportunities and is part of the Critical Care Cluster.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
