The Dietitian provides nutritional services to enhance patient well-being and outcomes, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to support care and QAPI goals.

• Monitors patient data, reviews labs, and adjusts diets and medications accordingly.
• Recommends therapeutic diets considering cultural and treatment needs in consultation with physicians.
• Counsels patients and families on diet adherence and monitors progress.
• Refers patients to community resources and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Conducts comprehensive nutrition assessments within 30 days of admission and reassesses regularly.
• Participates in clinics, conferences, and staff education, documenting care plans and progress.
• Supports customer service standards, building effective relationships and resolving issues promptly.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, RD certification, state licensure, with dialysis experience preferred.
• Requires PC proficiency, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Works in healthcare settings, involving travel, computer work, and interaction with patients and staff.
